i am registered and signed in but i have been denied access to the part of 'my controls' that lets me put a picture in and edit from newborn to preschool. there also seems to be no way to request access to the private forums. help?!

Well, I don't know about the rest of the stuff, but the newborn title is just something which indicates how many posts you have. Anyone that has less than 10 posts is newborn. The title will change when you post more. And I think once you get a certian amount you can create your own title.
