looking younger is not abnormal. i'm almost 30 and still have people question i am old enough to buy cigarettes...

seriously so you have to show your ID.. suck it up...

and i highly doubt it is ONLY your looks as to why a boss or supervisor is not taking you seriously, considering most workplaces are hiring kids right ot of college who still look like they are maybe old enough to smoke, and they are taken seriously... a lot has to do with how u hold yourself, how you present yourself.. your body language and self confidence....
