Problems With Abu.Com?

Just wondering if anyone is having problems with abu.com. I just ordered some packs from their website...this is like my second time ordering from them. I didn't have any problems with the first order I placed but that was a long time ago and now it has been 3 days since I placed the order and have not gotten tracking number or any email stating that they have shipped the package. It says on the website that they ship the day of or the next day and tracking info should be available. Now I'm hearing from a friend that they are screwing people over....Please tell me this is not true.

I've never had issues with them, they've never screwed me over....though idunno why it's taking them so long to get with you on tracking.

check your spam folder in your email. Typically they can take from 3-5 days to ship and another 5 to arrive. Also check your bank account and see if there was a charge.

Come and live in Australia... Since most AB goods come from overseas, two weeks is a good service!

One time they sent me M's instead of L's. they immediately fixed the problem and I had my L's two days later. They are a pretty good company by me. Sometimes the tracking information gets sent after the package is well on it's way. I have never had to worry about a shipment not arriving and I order at least 1 x a month from them.
