Babyish Underwear?

Ok well I can't get diapers or training panties but I am in need of buying some new underwear. Is there any kinda underwear that anyone would recommend that would be more babyish or perhaps underwear that is thicker than some other kinds? What kinda underwear do yous all like to wear to feel little?

I've heard of some places that sell regular underwear that has double fabric seat. That would be thicker. Also try some on line places that sell for people with special needs. I've also seen some underwear that looks like regular briefs but has up to 4 layers of fabric for "protection".

If you're handy with a sewing machine, you could do what I did: I designed an underwear pattern and I make my own. Use a lightweight flannel. Fabrics are available in a lot of cute patterns--some fabrics are designed especially for children.
