Hi everybody, a few weeks ago I had a diaper split at the back. well I am starting to get a bit suspicious because whilst I was being helped to change today the nurse noticed one of my diapers was cut across the back with a knife. It was straight out of the packet. I wonder if it is worth telling the company about this or whether I should wait until another one happens?

I would contact them and give them the prouduct number and the lot number off the bag, then tell them of your experince.

I do that when I have a faulty or bad prouduct, what happens is the company will give you your money back plus some coupons for free or reduced price.

Depends on the slit o.0 if it's not that big it doesn't seem like much of a problem, maybe it got damaged during packaging? I think it's rare that that happens

slit was about 5 inch's long and had gone through the wading !
