I have gained 5 pounds in the last couple months, it's not too big of a deal but I want to change my habits before it snowballs. Carbs are my weakness so I was thinking a diet like paleo would help since I wouldn't have them around... And it's supposed to be healthier than atkins or the other low-carb options. Thoughts/tips/success or failure stories? Link to comment
DL88 Posted November 23, 2011 Share Posted November 23, 2011 I say go for it as I've been pushing myself towards this for a couple months now. For me it is the process of getting into the habit of eating more meals per day that is really troublesome. One thing I did notice, once I started eating apples regularly. my knees started to move more easily and almost felt like they were "gliding" so-to-speak. Good stuff Link to comment
