Used to wear these, and for being underwear style, they are certainly the best fitting. I rated thirst as better than any other, but not up to a Molicare Super, or Abena M3. They suffer from the same design issues as any underwear style do- you have to take off your shoes & pants to change them.

I wear them most of the time. If you like pull-ups as I do, they are the best I have found. Several suppliers carry them, so price shop. I have found ABU to usually have the best prices, last time I ordered it was 15% off. Usually delivered (in USA) in a week or less. Not so good for bedwetting, as anyon who sleeps on their side could have a problem with leakage. Very comfortable and they hold 2 or 3 decent wettings. I have 40 inch waist and mediums fit well. One of the few things where I can wear medium, usually XL!
