sarah_ab Posted September 4, 2011 Share Posted September 4, 2011 again there is a forum, 'restless fox's depression forum' where this may be better suited... also i appreciate you are looking for comments and people to chat with, however sometimes double posting the exact same thing in multiple forums will have the opposite effect and people will instead just ignore the thread. also if you feel that dr's are no longer a help then if you have not already tried it, perhaps pharmaceuticals would help. Often medication can help take enough of the edge off that you can then start doing the work that needs to be done... As was mentioned before, a relationship is not going to make you happy. Happiness comes from within, and so until you can be happy being single, you will never truely be happy in a relationship. Link to comment
