She's a panty size 7, so I wouldn't mind a size to order as well.

Get a sample pack of diapers from ABU.

I would think a small would be a little snug.

I am a size 9 and can almost squeeze into a medium so she should be just fine

Most Diapers that come in small are cheaper than mediums, but in this case you referred to ABU, which doesn't make a small so the point is mute. I would say she is a medium as well. Although depending on her frame some Smalls might fit better. Her waist falls into a small, her hips to a medium if you go by some of the size charts standard for lingerie. To be safe a sample is the way to go as was mentioned.

I'm not going to do the Sample pack, I'll be purchasing her either the Abena Abri-Form or the Molicare Super Plus; I'm basically trying to buy her the thickest diapers I can, and seeing as the Abena and the Molicare are both highly reviewed I assumed I would go with one of them.

I'm leaning toward the Abena, thoughts?
