I am totally new to this and need help. I have just order my first pack of ab nappies but I'm not sure what to do apart from wear it, any suggestion to make my experience better? Thanks Flashbaby

It all depends what you want to do, just wet? or mess?

If you just want to wet it, put one on and drink a bunch of liquids, make sure you leak a little at a time, diapers are not made to take wetting all at once like going to the bathroom.

If you want to mess I suggest taking a laxative or wait until you need to go to put it on.

Your first diaper may be difficult to wet, because you are trained not to go in your pants, if you can't go on your own, try adding a cup of warm water that might be enough to convince your body to wet.

The most important thing is to have a good time....
