Plastic Diapers

I bought some plastic diapers at the thrift store earlier today and hope someone can help me find out what they are. They are plain white plastic with 3 yellow line wetness indicators right down the middle. They came in a clear plastic bag and have 4 tapes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No on the tapes saying wings. I was originally searching for the Kendall wings but settled for these. Surprisingly I think I actually like them more than the Kendall's. Ill see If I can post a pic.

Sounds like an old generic type, the ones that many of the drug store brands were just repackagings of. If so i doubt you'll find them again, and by the description sounds like a hospital supply donated them.
