Private Messenging

I've received a notification that someone started a new conversation with me, but now I can't get it to open. I get an error: [#10227] You are not allowed to use the private messaging system.

Any idea what happened? I'm pretty sure I haven't done anything ban-worthy.

maybe just some errors that happened often. i have had the same thing but no error has popped up. keep trying, might just happen once or twice

I searched the IP Board page, so here's a few Idea's. It might be that the person who sent you the PM canceled the message or inadvertently clicked you out (Blocked you). You need to be logged into your account and bring up that persons Profile and try to initiate a PM from your end. Check your profile and ensure that your PM functions are still in the "on" position. They also mention to "refresh" your page...for what it's worth.
