hi i use a small size diaper the molicare superplus my waist size is 70cms does any else use small size diapers or have any ideas what diaper would be good for me going by my waist which is 70cms i tried a medium size molicare super plus theyre grand on me but not as tight as the small size as they wrap round my waist completely to my belly button when i taped it up

First of all, when selecting diapers, it is the larger of your hips or waist that is important. 700mm equals 27.5 inches. If your hips are less than 770mm you might also be a very good fit in Attends Youth or Small.

Or pretty much any size small adult diaper for that matter.

If I were you I would go with a medium adult diaper, like you the smalls will fit me OK, and the large is way too big, but I like the comfort and fit of the medium.

Don't try just one diaper maker, some fit better than others, I like abena, securex plus.

Another thing I like is diapers with plastic covers, when you order diapers always look for the option of plastic covers they are still out there.
