Fantasy Ab Stories?

OK so a while back i read Smiley's 'Alice's Adventure's In Diaperland' and really enjoyed it, my question is would people enjoy reading more fantasy style AB stories?

I was thinking of a Gulliver's Travels inspired story where some one finds themselves in a land of giants and then turned into a a sort of living baby doll. So what do you think? would you enjoy it? or just find it creepy?

U know if it was done in BFG (big friendly giant) style, it'd prob be a good idea..

I do enjoy it when they adapt an orginal story with a diaper/ab/sissy twist..

i would enjoy it if it was a female who was the submissive/baby.... there are already hundreds of stories where males are babied!!!!!

I liked the Alice story too.

I wanted to do a fantasy story sometime... I'd certainly read it if I knew the plot.
