What Were The Size And Color Equivalent For Pampers Up Until The Mid 80'S?

I cannot remember if blue or orange was the biggest size.

I guess size 5 or XL came out in '85, but I want to make sure.

Some of us wore orange and some even wore purple.

And I know there are "Pamper aficionados" out there.

The blue ones came later, when they went to a poly wrapper. The orange were the biggest when they came in boxes. I don't think they had numbers when they were in the boxes. They had newborn, crawler toddler and overnight the orange box were the xtra large toddler and they were heavenly.

Makes me sad that it's not that way anymore. Perfect diaper for me = Thick plastic back, waistband and standing leak guards with an awesome print on the front. Sadly I do not like the Bambino baby print - as I prefer toddler stuffs anyhow - nor do I like the print on Cushies (Stoopid butterflies and hearts and flowers and crap) *sigh*
