Help With Picture

I am having a problem loading a picture to my profile it says it's to big how do I make them smaller to fit

open the picture with paint.

press resize and put in the size that you need to have

Your computer should come with some basic photo editing software. If you're running Windows, right-click on the photo and click on 'edit'. Another window should open and there should be a 'crop picture' option in the list that runs down the right-hand side.
