Can'T Get Into The Chat

I just tried getting into the Live Chat, and I receive an error that tells me I'm already logged in. Is that a technical bug or did someone hack my account?? I've changed my password, but that hasn't helped any.

Please let me know what I should do

i just got the same thing on chat i was in chat ok untill my internet went weird

Same thing has happened to me. Tried all of the above. Chat's been acting weird lately. Was kicking me off last night too and now I can't get on

Same thing is happening to me. I sign out and back in same thing happens. If I change my password it works once but then if I try again same thing.

I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one. I really thought someone had hacked my account and became frightened
