Where Can I Find The English Version....

Does any one know where I can find a translated version of the doujins Enema Rhapsody, Kanchou Rhapsody, and Omutsu Shoujo? I downloaded these and Immorality last night from the Photos board in one of the topics and I fell in love with them (They got me really hot and bothered). But I feel that I'm hindered from enjoying the first three mentioned above because even though I see whats going on, I have no clue whats really going on. Immorality was translated and made life easier and more enjoying. I know I'm a japanophile and should be able to get whats going on but seriously. I speak japanese pretty fluently but there are like over 2000 characters of kanji plus the about 40 or 50 for hirogana and katakana a peice. I don't want to get a dictionary while I'm turned on you know, it kills the mood. So please help me out. Wether its a website that has scans of them or a zip file download, either way, they are getting on my computer. on that note does anyone know where I can get diapers like the ones they were wearing in Omutsu Shoujo? They look really cute and I wanna pair or two for myself.
