Well, there's many types of Lolita.

Sweet lolita tends to be sickly sweet and cute (ALMOST too cute for me)

Gothic Lolita tends to be black and white, SOMETIMES dark purple.

I notice there vast amounts of Lolitas walking around the streets in Japan. Is it actually a Japanese thing, or did they get it from somewhere else?

Am I correct in thinking that most don't wear diapers?

I've seen alot of those gothic lolita dresses, and actually i know a few people that purchase the costumes and all, but they're not adult babies. No diapers, nothing babyish at all... they just enjoy the cute dresses.

Those sweet lolita dresses do suit adult baby girls and sissies well, though. I'd like one.

You would be attacked with pitchforks if you got cosplay and lolita mixed up on lolita forums.

Lolita stuff is brand and NOT cheap...Cosplay any old crap, cheap and bad quality.

Most of the time, I dress as a contemporary teenage girl with jeans skirts, pink blouse, little girl shoes. My lolita (sissy) dresses are for special occasions. The big "girls" don´t like it, when I am in lolita mode.
