Hehehe it is a good pic I think, wonder if it was a Howard Stern show guest??? He had Tiny Tim on one time and discussed his diaper wearing and they HS & staff) are always making refences to diapers. HMMMMMmmmmm perhaps they are closest DL's to say the least.

That was my guess. Stern is Sirius's big ticket item these days. Having people show up in diapers is common for him.
