She carry’s some items over to the bed then gently pushes Emma so she’s laying down. “I’ve decided to take away some of your adult privileges to make it clear your a minor” she says as she gently starts wiping Emma’s bottom and princess parts.

“Cause I want you to wear these as they look gorgeous on you” she says smiling she gives Kayla a cuddle taking a pic of the two of them on her phone. ”look Kayla you look beautiful” she says showing her the picture. ”ok you get yourself in bed and I’ll be back with your drink” she says smiling and then goes downstairs deciding it was time she gets a bottle and fills it with milk then heads back upstairs to Kaylas room.

“Awww that’s very sweet of you to say sorry to me like that and I hope you will be a good girl by listening to me” she says standing up and completely removing Emma’s skirt and panties. ”let’s get you more suitably dressed and then I think it’s nap time for my little girl” she leads her upstairs and into the spare room. ”be a good girl and sit on the bed” she says as she goes to a draw and starts getting something stuff out she takes out what looks like a folded towel and then starts walking back towards Emma.

She then opens a bag and pulls out the my little pony pyjamas and dresses Kayla in them. “Sweetie do you want a nap” she asks looking at the clock Nathan would be here in an hour she wanted time to change and make herself look stunning.

Claire made herself a coffee and sat watching Emma letting her think about what she had done and what Claire might have planned for her. Slowly sipping her drink she felt like Emma was a doll for her to play with and even though they where the same age Claire was going to make sure emma looked and felt a lot younger. ”now I want you to walk over here apologize to me and it better be convincing” she says smiling

Once Kayla is laying on the mat Claire kneels down and taking baby wipes cleans all of kaylas princess parts and bottom taking extra care to make Kayla feel special she wanted her to love the attention. She then gets some baby lotion and rubs it gently and when she’s finished sprinkles some baby powder loving how much Kayla now smelled like a baby. ”I bet that feels a lot better doesn’t it little one” she says as she lifts Kayla legs and slides a thick diaper under her bottom she was glad she had a lot of experience with babysitting and expertly got Kaylas diaper on her nice and snug.

“Good girl there’s going to be a lot of changes around here you can start by calling me mummy” she says sternly as she helps emma to her feet. she then pulls her skirt and panties down so Emma’s red bottom is on display. ”you can start by walking over to the corner and standing with your nose pressed against the wall and our bottom on display” she says pointing to the corner. ”I want you to think about what you’ve done” she says

Claire rubs Emma’s bottom gently for a few minutes. “Do you promise to be a good girl and do as I say” she asks in a stern voice. she says good bye to the police officer and he says he will be checking in to make sure Claire is looking after emma.

Trying not to laugh at Kayla’s excuse she looks at her lovingly. She then unclips the seat belt and helps her out of the car. “Let’s get you cleaned up I don’t want you getting a diaper rash” she says leading her into the house and up the stairs she takes her into the spare bedroom and pulls a plastic mat out from under the bed. ”lay down Kayla” she says

Claire smiles as he agrees to help her and sits on her bed. “Thank you I know we will have fun” she says taking her phone out and taking a selfie before posting it. ”so how did you meet my mum?” She asks

The officer looks at Emma impressed by her quick thinking. “I’m afraid Emma is right so Claire I’m going to have to caution you and set up regular visits to make sure Emma is always in your care or you’ve hired a babysitter for her.” He pauses. “we can’t have minors being neglected.” He takes out a pad and starts writing some notes. ”thank you officer I promise it won’t happen again I’ll make Emma never leaves my sight” she says as she takes hold of Emma’s hand. ”now I think Emma needs to be taught a lesson you don’t mind me spanking her in-front of you do you officer” she says taking a seat and pulling her Emma sharply over her lap. ”no ma’am go ahead” he says looking forward to watching

Claire gets out the car. “Ok let me quickly check your pull up and then you can go to bathroom” she says opening the door for Kayla. “Thank you for coming when I called you that means a lot. I’ve been speaking to my mum and she’s your super sweet and always willing to help so I thought we should get to know each and hopefully be friends” she says smiling as he walks into her bedroom. ”will you help me sort my room out? “ she says very nicely

“I’m sorry but I think you would find my mum would agree with me. She wouldn’t let you kick me out” she watches trying not to laugh as he tries lifting the box. After studying psychology and biology she had done a lot of research into people’s behavior and how to modify it. ”ok you go back to your cartoons and let me lift the heavy box” she bends down and lifts the box up before carrying it upstairs to her room. ”Andrew can you come up” she calls after 20 minutes

Claire smiled at the officer as Emma stomps her foot starting to have a tantrum Emma was about to learn that Claire had friends high up in law enforcement. She messaged her friend and had Emma’s legal status changed. ”sir I think you should do what Emma wants and check her name on the system” she says smiling at Emma . “Remember Emma I am on your side” she says. ”ok ma’am I will” she says as she types Emma Lockwood into the computer system. After a few seconds a profile pops he reads it and looks at Emma. ”Emma it says your 23 on here which would usually make you an adult but it says you are still legally a minor and you should be supervised by your legal guardian at all times which is stated as Claire” he says

Claire’s watching in the mirror as she can tell Kayla has just wet herself trying not to smile to much Claire was excited about her date tonight with Nathan. as they pull up the drive way Claire turns to Kayla. “Ok you can help me take the bags in then I’ll check your pull up and If your dry you can wear panties” she says

Claire thought she would surprise her mom by coming home early from university after graduation. So jumping in her car after packing all her belongings from her dorm room she started the engine.
