I did not mean to "attack" anyone with the bold text and i didn't think that any one would be offended by it. But still i'm sorry. I don't know to much about the anatomy and also i don't know anything about making stents but all i know is that i read a bit about it, for example on their page (https://www.srsmedical.com/the-spanner-stent/), and everywhere i looked it was always that you don't get incontinent.

One of the first sentences is this: The device is placed within the urethra at the neck of the bladder, but unlike the Foley it lets patients urinate voluntarily, in many cases completely normally without feeling like there’s an internal mechanism helping it happen. As far as I know the spanner stent just holds your Prostata open and the splinter can still be closed.

I did just find this medical Study: https://www.rehab.research.va.gov/jour/08/45/4/orris.html I'm not sure if someone already posted it but it seams to be an medical stent. I did not find any further information but maybe it's possible to reconstruct that design.
