These days i have less control over my bowels than my bladder. I just messed for the 3rd time today. Im finding that i mess smaller amounts more often and really enjoy my days off where i can stay messy for long periods of time. 

[Do you have diapers stashed everywhere? Ever found a diaper in a weird place you forgot about?]

I do this all the time. I blame it on my adhd. Lol under seats in vehicle, for example. Too funny

[Messing without Pushing...]

If you are trying to achieve bowel control loss, the best thing to to is to not push at all. Also dont hold it in at all. First signs of movement down there just relax and stay open and it will come. I will.say once you get to thatcpoint there is no goong back though

Once your body realizes it is ok to release yes, you will have more bowel control loss. It was actually easier to lose than control over my bladder!

Yes. I can confirm the loss of bowel control with prolonged un training

I love that. I've been starting to mess in my sleep as well lately and i find it to be wonderful!!

I dribble constantly as well. No stent as i am female but i can definitely relate to the post shower dribble and dribbles during changing. I just keep a wet mop near the bathroom and clean it up when i dribble lol. And the old to new maneuver you speak of, YES!!! 😅 TOTALLY know what youre talking about.

Im not sure exactly how far along i was in my untraining. Maybe 9 or 10 months. It hasn't been too long ago.  But it was the realization that i couldn't shut it off once i started wetting. Then the constant dribbles. Ahhhh, sweet success

I am the same as @stevewet. Dribble and flow. Both are nice and definitely make life more enjoyable. Lol. Not having super floods definitely helps with leaks.etc once you get over that hump. You still have the feeling of emptying just a little.slower i guess? Dont really know how else.to explain it really.

[How to become incontinent]

Just wear and use diapers 247 no matter what let go at the slightest urge until you get to the point where you are open 247. You will dribble and leak and wet constantly once you get there. Good luck and enjoy the journey! 

[Anyone else notice less anxiety/body tension after their sphincter muscle reverted back to relaxed state at rest?]

I certainly agree. Ive been untraining for a year now and yeah, being open in relaxed state has definitely helped with tension and stress. Once i realized that my resting state was open and had been reversed from being potty trained it was so gratifying as well. Sticking with it and achieving loss of control was definitely worth it. 

[Is having to wear a diaper really that embarrassing for most adults?]

I worried and worried myself to death over what others would think until my need became stronger. Not a soul has noticed or said a thing to me about it. If you think about it, would you ask someone if they were wearing boxers or briefs? Or panties or thong? Most people are only worried about whats gking on with THEM. In every moment of every day. What they are gonna do next, blah blah. They dont care about what kind of underwear you wear. I hope that helps ease your mind a bit. Oh! And if they did happen to notice and decide to say something, how rude would that make them appear?? Dont worry. Relax, let go, and enjoy your padded life!

Ive been wearing 247 for a year now. Definitely little to no control over my bladder and bowels are slipping now as well which is welcomed. Ive been messing more often, in smaller amounts, throughout the day. Still very glad i made the choice to embrace diaper dependency
