About Me

I'm a full time diaper wearer out of choice and need.

10 years ago I had emergency spinal surgery to relieve an acute hernia.  Although successful it did leave me with a partially paralysed bowel that frequently gets constipated despite taking meds daily to avoid it.  I've been hospitalised several times with severe constipation that's taken days to resolve.  The pain is indescribable, and only really goes once things start moving again.Last time i as in hospital i was prescribed extra laxatives which resulted in me having no control what so ever. I was also given a stack of nappies.  In the past I had worn nappies as a fetish thing but only for an evening or during play and never that often.

Since I've been on the extra medication i have needed to be nappied 24/7 as stopping any pooping is not an option, when it comes, it comes, so I've stopped trying and just let it flow come as it needs to.  Bonus of course is no more constipation or pain or hospital visits.  I did ½ heartedly try to go without a nappy one night, never again! I'll not go into details.

I've wet in my nappy since i started wearing full time, but only when i wasn't near a toilet or when it was inconvenient to go and remove nappy etc to pee.

A few weeks ago I decided that its time to stop playing around and pretending that I have any continence and go totally 24/7 for everything.  Peeing still presents a challenge, as I'm not yet at the no control stage, and do end up flooding if I don't remember to pee into my nappy regularly.  I hope urinary incontinence will be a lot easier for me than others on here as I'm already in a nappy 24/7 and unable to go without it.

Since i went 24/7 I'm happier, healthier and much more content with the situation.  It is something I'd sometimes thought about, but now it's a 'forced' reality the only regret I have is not taking the plunge earlier.
