It sounds like ideally you should wear every night. You don't have to use them. I'm surprised your wife is still unhappy about the situation, it's been a while now? I wear every night. I don't think I have any IC issues. If I don't wear it feels like I'm going to have an accident. If I do wear the feeling disappears. These are cloth. My long term partner doesn't mind.

Haha, good to hear nice to have a bit of time to yourself ?. I usually just browse the web, but sometimes I try and do some work padded... or trim parts of the garden ?.

Also from South Africa Haven't tried the Clicks ones nor the Tena belted ones (they look kinda interesting though, I want to try them all eventually haha). I imported Abenas (Abri-form M2s and M4s) a while back and they've been great. These are my favourites. I managed to get some Abena Delta-form M2s locally (from Takealot), they're also really good. Locally the Molicare Supers are decent. Criteria: space and absorption.
