Looking fo recomendations - something discreet for wearing out, solid colour, good fit especially around the mid waist and diaper leg cuff line - but still cute, maybe ringer style, contrast edge or something.

[Speaking with a therapist... and mentioning diapers... anyone been there?]

My last (and current) round with a therapist included full disclosure of my abdl because:

1. It is a significant coping mechanism for me.

2. I had been forcibly outed to my family by my ex wife.

3. I was subject to blackmail by my ex wife regarding my abdl.

4. It related in part to an autistic diagnosis.

My therapists wasn’t familiar with abdl and I found myself having to explain a lot to her, which was unfortunate, but not unpleasant or uncomfortable.  I actually found it extremely cathartic to be able to talk about it completely candidly with someone without judgement - particularly in light of the consequences of talking about it to my ex wife.

I admire ppl who can totally come out about it, but I don’t think I can do that.  However, the re-assertion that, if you are managing it within your financial means, if it is good for you and if it doesn’t hurt anyone else; it is ok was important.

The perameters of “hurting anyone else” can become blurred though.

I wear pu’s at work. I’m pretty sure I couldn’t do diapers at work bc I drink so much tea and would require at least two changes. This would be pretty inconvenient (stressful).

As title and profile pic suggest; uk babyfurfag here. 30/70 ab/dl, more lb/dl to be honest - but age is fluid.

Male Bi, Pan, Queer - perhaps easier to say, “not straight”.

I’ve been DL for six years and came to it during a period of emotional trauma. I forget exactly how it came about - its wierd that. 

For me, ab and dl click for many reasons. I’m not incontinent, but have always been week (public accidents on a couple of occasions) so there is that and the convenience. Then there is the feel either wet or dry, indeed the whole sensory experience. So that takes me into kink and sexual aspects.

The most significant (and magical) thing for me, however, is how emotionally comforting being diaperd is. Idkw but they really help me deal with depression, introversion and all the other mental dysfunctions I seem to have picked up.

Anyway, aside from all that I like to think I’m a pretty rounded individual.

So... yeah
