    Kinda curious...it there a setion or topic for mental and physical health?..i noticed there is kind of a physical health secion for incontinence but is there one for a wider range of physical health..like maybe somewhere we could share little activities to help encourage more exercise or a place to share fun easy to make recipies for healthy snackies?

    And as far as mental health there is a se tion on age regression which can be used as a form of therapy but what about other kinds of therapy or other mental issues?

      I would say either "Restlessfox's Depression Discussion" might work if you're looking for advice on helping your (or a friends) mental problems. Or if that doesn't quite fit your needs, just post it in the "Scoop the Poop" section.

      Thank you all for your suggestions..all very helpful and based on your suggested areas of topic i think i cpuld figure out where to post stuffs on mental and physical health...i do have bipolar so contributing to the depression discussion will be nice but i didnt notice any other mental disorders such as anything to do with personality disorders and schizophrenia and ocd( all of which i have been diagnosed as)...i know on the previous community i used to use there were many topics onsuch things and it wasreally helful to many littles and daddys and mommys

    I hads the best day at work thanks to one customer...This little girl probably about 7 or 8 came in with her mom a few months back when i had my rainbow hair and she was so excited about it plus i hooked up her dessert last time and this time...but this time as they were leaving came upto my window and set the unicorn up saying " this is your for cuz your a pretty unicorn too"

    Yay!!! Daddy is taking me to the zoo today!! Gotta do some adulting first n go get groceries but then i gets to enjoy a day littling out at the zoo with Daddy:girl_happy:

    Wish Daddy wasnt busy playing video games...i keeps fighting with myself..adult me is ready for bed cuz my day started at 5am n i gotta be up for work again tomorrows same time..but little me is fighting it all stubborn like" im not goma sleeps til Daddy at least tucks me in...but im not gonna interupts the video games n maye Daddy will come lay down with mes" lol

    Hi all...im new here looking for a safe fun community to make friends with other littles and ab...so far im very much liking the site and cant wait to explore more and show my Daddy about this place
