  1. That is my normal sleepwear during the summer, and sometimes that is what I'll wear inside home for a while in the morning. I will normally throw some shorts on or something if I am going outside (like if I was wearing just underwear), but I have walked outside to my car or the storage shed to "get" something in just a diaper and tee if it's a quick thing and I don't want to go get dressed (provided there is no one around).

Ugh, this spring is killing me. Another round of migraines the last 3 days, plus pain in my back and neck. Another trip to my doc for more shots and meds.

Seeing a neurologist next month to try and get on a migraine prevention plan, and Physical therapy TBD to figure out my back and neck issues.

Any chance that the migraines may be caused by spring pollen allergies? That is the case for me, has to do with the sinus filling up causing inflammation...

May be worth checking into if you haven't, I take allergy medicine for April and May every year to control it. I also take some sudafed if the allergy medicine can't keep up, but that is rare.

    Just a thought

  3. Laying on my bed most of the time, it seems easier to me. I put it on standing up sometimes if I am out and about and need to change, but I find that I have to adjust it a few times to get the right fit; laying down I always get it right in the first try.

My question has always been, Desitin is a medicated diaper rash ointment for clearing up diaper rash that someone already has.  Why would you take medicine for an ailment you don't have yet?  I would be more concerned in that area and instead of using a product designed to clear up a diaper rash you don't yet have, I would use a barrier cream or paste designed to prevent you from getting diaper rash, not one designed to heal it after you already have it.

I share the same opinion as Rusty Pins "Why would you take medicine for an ailment you don't have yet?" However, I got into a predicament about this last month... So I'll throw my question and continue on PamperDude's threat.

I had never needed or used diaper rash cream or barrier cream before, so I never looked into it before. I went to Walgreens to get medicated diaper rash cream to treat a rash I had, I walked in, went to the diaper section, grabbed a tube of Bourdeaux, and then as I started to walk towards the register I thought "while I'm at the diaper section I should get barrier cream that I can use later when I am healed up". So I took a closer look at the selection looking for something described as "barrier cream" or the such, but all that I could find were things like Desitin or Bourdeaux or others that were also medicated. So my question is, what is used as barrier cream (non medicated) what should I be looking for?

IMHO, your current avatar looks very nice.

    Thank you for that LilLew!

And thank you AbabeBill and Horrorfan for the suggestions!

  6. I wear Northshore supreme briefs or Crinklz for overnight, during the day I wear Northshore air supreme briefs or sometimes just a Goodnite. I am not 24/7 so I do not have a specific routine, but when I am in diapers for a few days I use the Northshore diapers with a quiet diaper cover and change regularly. I want to try cloth diapers in the future tho.

  7. Hello everyone. I just wanted to introduce my self to the website. I have visited DD every now and then as a guest, but finally registered Sunday. This is my first post and the first diaper related site I register ever! Now that I am registered I hope to participate in the forum with people that share the same interest.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to find a cool avatar?
