    I was spanked more like beat by, my,father for wetting and messing myself I'm the oldest of 10 I'm 68years old male and he would check me and find that I soiled myself and if waz messed I was sent to clean up and report back to him naked and got a beating with the belt and if just wet I was stripped and beat it didn't matter who waz there at the time .

    It’s good to see other Christians that also have a baby side. It’s hard to balance sometimes. When your incontinent, life can sometimes be challenging to say the very least. I think it would be nice to start a forum for Christians with a ABDL side. What do y’all think?

    I think that's a Great idea I'm sure that there are others that may not be into the absolutely. Side  but suffer with incontinence and need somebody else to help them deal with it  if you're serious and can start such a group be sure to let know

    , Hi I'm Chris from Bristol in the UK, and I have worn nappies & plastic pants virtually all my life. I was born in the sixties so very much a terry nappy person. I am very fortunate to have a wife that has been my Mummy for over thirty years. We are very relaxed about our baby play and I wear a nappies most of the time. As a couple we would love to meet nice couples or real female AB or DL's.

    What Does Incontinence Feel Like?

    Ha, true incontinence is something I still remember all too well. Due to some medical problems, I was totally incontinent until I was about 7, and continued to be bladder-incontinent until I was about 20, with sporadic bladder problems to this day. Re: bowel accidents, especially when I was six or so, it basically felt like I was trying to hold an enema in (usually unsuccessfully). I remember sitting in a chair, terrified, and pulling on the sides of the chair, basically trying to press my bottom as hard as I could against the chair to hold it in (usually unsuccessfully). With my bladder, it was more like a sudden spasm in which my bladder would suddenly start to empty itself, causing me to pee at full force, no matter how hard I tried to stop it. Made for many, many, many embarrassing moments as a kid.

    Hi I'm Gene I'm 68 yrs old and I have  double incontinence and and have my whole life as you said many many embarrassing times in my life it's a horrible feeling when you know it's about to happen and there's nothing you can do for me the hardest time. Was In like Jr and are high school having only cloth diapers and rubber pants rubber pants so for sanatairy reasons I was required to have the nurses change me this was the so very embarrassing

    Oliver I agree with firefly with out knowing you and what your situation is is impossible to advice you are you  truly incontinent are are a heavy wetter and popper your size your activity your finances these are all things that you need to consider sorry couldn't be more help Gene
