When I was growing up I went to a private Catholic school, and let me tell you they were strict! I do not have a very strong bladder and I've suffer occasional bedwetting issues since I was 4. As for my sphincter, it was normal I guess...I never had many messing accidents, but wetting was a bit more common. During my PreK at school I had to wear pullups to nap (continued until I was in 1st grade) and I had to keep a spare change of clothes in my cubby. My peers and I wet our pants multiple times throughout the year, but until 1st grade the teachers never made a big deal about it. In my 1st-4th grade experience, my teachers were a bit stricter, if you wet your pants you either changed yourself or stayed in wet pants for the rest of the day. I had still not pooped my pants at school yet, but my friend Vivian in 4th grade had...We we're in a reading circle and she had asked to use the potty, but my teacher told her to wait until we were done. Long story short after she waited for a few minutes, then burst up an ran. A minute or two later she shuffled back in crying and I was obvious what had happened, it was a massive load and had stained her skirt, she was made to stand in the corner until her parents came to pick her up. It was in 6th grade that I first pooped my pants, I was still wetting the bed and I was presenting a science project with my group. I wasn't feeling well and right before we were able to finish it hit me like a train, inevitably I couldn't hold it and ended up noisely messing my pants in front of the class. As I began to bawl my eyes out my teacher escorted me to the nurse, where I was changed and put into nothing but a diaper, shirt and shoes, because "middle schoolers don't have accidents only babies". My classmates weren't too harsh, since several of them had experienced similar accidents, though mostly pants wetting accidents. My parents were not at all happy or sympathetic and they made me wear my pullups to school for a week. This got quite a few snickers from my friends I wet my pants many times in my school career but only messed them twice (on accident ;)). The second time I messed myself was after I graduated from my Catholic school and went to a public highschool. The transition from private to public wasn't easy and I was understandably stressed (well not to my parents). I was a freshman in Biology and we're taking notes, I hadn't pooped in a while and was beginning to feel the pressure. My teacher was king enough to let me use the restroom, but I was still new and didn't remember where they were. Halfway down the hallway I stopped because to pressure was too much and I filled my pants with a massive load. I slowly shuffled to the nurse. She was kind enough to help me clean myself and then put me in a faded-blue diaper and sweatpants. When I returned to class everyone knew what happened, why else would I be in different pants, eventually someone must've seen my diaper because everyone began teasing me. My parents were not pleased and decided to punish me. Diaper punishment in my house meant no toilet privileges at hone, diapers 24/7 (even in public) and I had to tell my parents every time I had an accident. This is probably why I am an ABDL. I had to wear at school, I could still use the toilets, but after a few days I decided not to. I kept a few on me and began going to the nurse who would change me. Sadly my secret got out and I was teased, but it blew over after a week or two. Everyone knew I wore diapers but slowly I still became semi-popular and got a boyfriend, which "shockingly" displeased my homophobic parents (it took a few years but they got used to it :)). I still wear diapers even in college, I'm married the the guy I met in highschool. Sometimes everything works out :)!
