I recall that it was about a civil war in the US, and the protagonist was a soldier who gets captured behind enemy lines, and she is diapered by her captors.

I searched for it myself on the web archives, but found nothing. It probably doesn't exist anywhere else, either.

So, I was wondering if anyone recognizes this story. I don't remember all the details, but I believe it was set in post-apocalyptic Greece, and it involved a young woman being sent to a polis (it may have been Corinth, I'm not sure) to become a concubine for a prince, and some (or perhaps all) of the women in his harem wore diapers, and he was kind of an abusive dickhead to her...

I didn't just imagine this story, did I? I'm almost positive it was on the forum a few years back.
