My birthday is this month and my wife is trying to do a lot of things to make it a very memorable birthday.
We ordered the Buffalo Wild Wings that they use in the super hot challenge, I think it's called “flaming hot”, but I'm not certain, and she ate them! Which is something I wanted to watch her do for years now (because I like watching people eat/cook).
We tried it once at the restaurant, but it's the sort of thing that's easier to do when at home.
Anyway, that was fun! She also let me buy some quail from Dartagnan, we got 4 regular size quail and 2 “European Jumbo Quail”. I'm going to cook them for her, I have a bunch of ideas! She also has a few ideas too, so we'll get 1 jumbo quail each and 2 regular quail. We also got quail eggs! Which she used to make a little cake, more for her than for me because I don't eat.
I still like that she used the quail eggs to make it and I look forward to watching her eat it.
We're also going to order soup on the actual day, I love soup! We'll be buying all the soup one of our local Asian restaurants has, they have wonderful soups!
I've been having a very good birthday-month so far, I'm so lucky!

Yup, I'm hooked up to I.Vs for 12hours a day, it's mostly while I'm sleeping, so, it's not too bad.
My family isn't too bad, main problems I have are with my mom, the rest of my family is alright.
Honestly, food to me is one of those things, where I think the fantasy of eating things far outweighs the actual experience. Despite not being able to eat, I have very picky tastes, I dislike most flavors.
My wife often has me try drinks, sauces, condiments and other smoother things. (If it doesn't have crumbs and is smooth, I can probably have it.) Anyway, I dislike 90% of the things I try, the only real flavors I enjoy are savory and sweet. Is spicy a flavor? I like spicy things, but I don't know if it's a flavor or not.
While I'm on the topic, what is with people who eat and their obsession with ketchup? Seriously, half the special types of condiments is just ketchup. BBQ Sauce? Most types of ranch other than just plain ranch? They all just taste exactly like ketchup? Why call it BBQ sauce? Why not call it “Meat Ketchup” or “BBQ Ketchup” that's what it is!
I asked my wife's dad about this, and he agreed, until I told him that they should just call it ketchup, at which point he replies. “Ew, that sounds gross.” But it's all it is anyway! Most of the stuff is mainly vinegar and tomatoes, which is ketchup!
Excuse my silly ketchup-based rant, I just don't get it. Clearly people have a weird relationship with ketchup, they love the taste, but hate the name.

@BabySpiderBoyMy digestive system doesn't work, so I don't eat and never learned how, developed a horrid gag reflex cause of it. So, every time I try to eat anything solid, I throw up. Soup is okay because it's just liquid.

I am so disheartened by the dating scene. It's always the same thing ... let me tell you how much money I have, look at my fancy possessions, don't they impress you? My fantasy, my arousal, I demand you service me. GAH!!
Do you know what my fantasy is? A guy who doesn't treat a woman as if she is a flesh vase for his penis flower. A guy who doesn't think he needs every toy in the shop. Possessions are things, and I will never be impressed by things.
I want companionship. I want someone who will make time for me. Someone who will see me as more than a sex worker. Someone with a decent heart & beautiful mind. Were is that person?
Am I on the wrong team? Should I look to women? Will women find it insulting that I am considering them because I have had it up to my eyeballs with men thinking the sun rises & sets out their ass?
These are the legitmate thoughts that keep me up at night.

Bought something online and they're withholding it because the shipper didn't provide enough details, hopefully the company I bought it from will resolve it. It's near impossible to get a hold of FedEx and sort it out myself it seems.
First time I had this issue when importing from Japan. I guess it was bound to happen sooner or later, at least it's not customs asking for money to clear the package.

Why is it whenever I see GBP I think "German British Pounds" instead of "Great British Pounds"? I know objectively it's "Great British Pounds" but for some reason my brain instantly reads it every single time as "German British Pounds".

on amazon you could order another item alongside and select "amazon day delivery" and have it deliver both items in a single box, that way you could just tell them that the other item came and not mention the diapers. That's another idea at least.
Something else you could do depending on your situation is maybe ask a friend if they'll let you send a package their way, than just go and take the package next time you go over there, that way your parents wont know about it.
You could also maybe buy a temp P.O box that you could send stuff to and than cancel when you no longer need it.
Just a few suggestions, sorry if none are of any help.

do your family members open your mail?
I'd imagine most products don't come in branded boxes and if you get them on Amazon at least they have the option to remove branded boxing and instead ship in generic amazon box.
If the company is an AB/DL site though I'd contact them and ask, I imagine most would be totally cool shipping in discreet packaging.

Glad I could help.
If you do decide to get a commission done RuperAllMighty is totally cool with doing private commissions, just let them know in the initial communication that you want the commission to be private and they wont post it to their social media. Private commissions also don't cost any extra.
Otherwise they'll share the commission on their socials as marketing material.
Oh they're also totally cool with doing AB/DL stuff.
