I am diagnosed with urge incontinence and secondary nocturnal enuresis, as well as, IBS with diarrhea.  I have been prescribed diapers officially, but the options are meh. 

But thankfully, I love wearing diapers, and I am 24/7 diapered.  Work has its challenges, but I have grown accustomed to being diapered at work.  I have very little control left, these days.  Changing at work is awkward, but I am getting more comfortable with it. 

Regression started at around 8 or 9, suffered from horrible abuse, torture, and starvation.  I survived, but it messed me up.  I am in a far better place later in life, and hold no anger or resentment toward my abusers.  I forgave them. 

Tried my first huggies when little brother was 2.  Then snuck them when I could when I babysat cousins.  Was hooked and dl side of things emerged.

Diabetes sucks, incontinence is annoying at times.  Urine incontinence is much easier to deal with and definately prefer it over explosive diarrhea.  My gastro doc has figured out a combo of meds that has kept me bm accident free for over 6 months, thus far.  This has improved my outlook on things a lot.  Low dose wellbutrin and whelchol combo working nicely.

In other news, I am trying to lose weight.  Its been a lifelong battle.   Wish me luck.
