It is kinda of like My Girlfriends Sister's Baby but the couple actually take the man and have them live with them full time

I need help finding a story that I was looking for. It was about a man or boy, and he likes to be babied and he finally gets his wife or mom (not sure which) to do it to him and they have a friend couple or maybe the wife's sister and they have a real baby girl. So she decides to give him to the couple to treat them exactly the same as the baby girl and the story goes on from there. I really need help on this.
