Hi! I'm a DL with pretensions of grandeur who lives and works in Southern California. A state with even grander pretensions. Yes, Socal really is its own state. The state, if you believe its claims. Claims of greatness and superiority over all but New York and Texas as far as the United Stated and its non contiguous territories go. And go they shall if California has any say in the matter. Yes, it's a good thing that California doesn't have such 'say' or else the rest of the country would be in great peril. Or would it? Maybe America doesn't need California and its lofty airs of superiority. Maybe California's overblown snobbery is as flimsy as a drug store diaper. The kind which leaks under the slightest pressure through its poorly conceived leg cuffs, whose tapes pop off or tear the backing and leave you damp and embarrassed with nowhere to go - exactly the opposite of what they are intended for which is to leave you with somewhere to go. In them. The diapers. Yes, drug store diapers leave much to be desired. Though I must admit these depends do quite well with a couple of soakers in them. That reminds me, I'll have to pick up some more diapers soon. Hmm, should I go for the premium brands, or try my luck with more depends? I do live near XP Medical, a distributor with whom you are surely familiar. Still, there is the cost. I wonder how the cost comes down after stuffing? Perhaps less than the cost of California stuffing its big mouth for once and leaving the rest of the country be. That's right California, I'm talking to you! Don't judge places you've never been to.
