Are there any particular things which almost always cause you to pee when wearing a diaper? Here are three which work for me: Standing and sipping on a cold drink. Cleaning my teath. Pumping gas at a gas station.

If you like to import from the UK, Dorset Nursing Supplies offer a 'bodystocking' by Abena which is very stretchy but quite tight and holds thing in place nicely.

A belt works too.

I like to wear the Abena body stocking over the diaper as they are quite stretchy and hold the diaper tightly in place. No sags, no leaks. Otherwise tight boxers work well.

For me, unless the weather is hot, wearing a diaper is absolutely magic. Hard to explain.

Regarding the prostate question, my prostate was considerably enlarged and had a spot of cancer so was removed almost a year ago. I have been using Foley catheters occasionally for many years. The presence of a prostate seems to make no difference to the onset of bladder spasms. I found, however, the more frequently I catheterize, the less often do I experience bladder spasms. Perhaps I am a masochist but I really do enjoy those spasms; next best thing to an orgasm which doesn't happen much these days.

I knew a guy who had this done a few years ago because his brother had prostate cancer. His wife thought it was a good idea. It wasn't. One thing lead to another and he died.
