WI AB (sometimes) and DL here that wears diapers for need and security.  I am somewhat urinary incontinent (random night control) and do have a slight disability.

I enjoy relaxing in diapers a lot as I get comfort and warmth from them.  My plushies are monkeys and they are my transition object (like a blankie).
