There is a very reasonably priced B&B/AB nursery in Blackpool. I'm checking it out in March, if it's as good as I'm hoping it is we could organise a weekend there...

I've been looking at cottages. You can rent secluded, classy places for very little cash. If we could get 6 nappy wearers together think of the fun... I'm seriously game and would be happy to organise if people are interested...

I ordered a packet of Peaudouce slippads when I was 11 and was shaking like a leaf when I went to pick them up. I also used to buy boots staydry pads because they were great once upon a time (unlike these days - they suck!) and you could buy trial packs for 75p

The only people who would definitely notice and gonna be nappy wearers themselves! I wear nappies out all the time and was only spotted once. And that was because I soaked them so much it was obvious to anyone...

And another thing... About meeting up. Would any of you be interested in sorting out a weekend break. If at least 4 of us were interested, we could arrange a jaunt to, I dunno, some kind of Butlinsy place, or Amsterdam or Tehran...well, maybe not the last one, but you get my drift...

urm Buzzcat's constant bigging-up of abri form have led me to order some at Hartmanns. The packing is cool enough too. I can't believe I've not heard of them and I regard myself as something of an old lag on the nappy scene (aaaaahhh...summer of '92 coming down after a night raving to Jeff Mills at Lost or DJ Hype at Telepathy fillin' up a Peaudouce Slippad whilst bunnin' - whatever happened to the mighty slippad eh?ah, memories... )

mmmmm..... Thickness is one thing but you guys seem to be overlooking crinkliness and shinyness! Very important! And to the best of my knowledge Tena lead the way. Damn! they're almost PVC...
