    I put on a fresh diaper and then try to hold the pee until it hurts and then I wet slowly. I usually empty just about a third of the pee in the diaper, the rest goes in the toilet so I don't have to change imediately. Than I wear it for a few more hours, peeing in it just a little and change when there's a risk it will leak.

    Touching the space between my legs to see if it is warm is the best check method for me.

    I just wet my goodnites so they're soaking, so I'll get changed into Pampers 7
