    Tried to put on a real diaper today (Molicare), it failed miserably and I think it was too big...

      Molis sizing is usually pretty good, so if you got one that is with in your size arnge, it should fit. But putting a diaper on yourself is a trick that has to be learned, and it takes a bit of time to get it right...Keep trying though! =D
