For me, I have zero sexual desire when I'm diapered. I do have a regular sex drive, though.

I like sucking on my pacifier, because it helps me to relax and soothe my anxieties. It, also, helps me get into AB mode, too.

I love stuffed animals! I have many, many of them; but my absolute favorite is a stuffed lamb that I've had ever since I was a newborn. He's pretty loved, so I don't snuggle with him much anymore.
