  1. I always wake up wet now  Very rare is the morning I'm not. And of late there have been more wettings while asleep. I hardly wake to pee anymore ... If and as my bed-wetting grows, so will the protection I use; I am not about to lose what I feel is progress being made in the right direction :girl_happy:...

  2. Yeah I prefer to wake up in a wet diaper, not wet sheets :) and exactly, the helpless, childlike nature of it. and it feels nice.

I've just ordered a bed pad, I wasted no time lol. I did some research and I ordered one that's designed to fit a double and has flaps so it will stay in place. It has good reviews. My dog sleeps on my bed with me and we both move around so I think I will need the flaps. I also wanted it to cover both sides of the bed because I've got a bf who sometimes stays with me and I don't trust him to not leak either haha

Great! Please report here on how you like your pad -- and whether you have that same helpless, childlike feeling when you wet your pad, either from leaking or because you slept undiapered and wet it directly. I expect you'll prefer to wake up in a wet diaper, since it will stay warmer. A pad will get cold quickly, just like a sheet.
  3. I've got a plastic backed mattress protector but never thought about getting a pad, I bet a pad is easier because you don't have to fit it back over the mattress after you've washed it. Might have to look into one, thanks, but I can't get mine from NorthShore because I'm in the UK. Also... After the last time I posted, I had a lot of pee pour out of my diaper and plastic pants and all over my bed!! It was a huge puddle like I hadn't been wearing a diaper at all. Terrible lol. I was so shocked to roll over and feel that my bed was wet.

As much as I enjoy wetting my bed, I don't often do it because of the cleanup required afterwards. Wetting my pad feels just as good, although not quite so naughty, and it's much easier to throw into the washer and dryer (on Delicate!). I'm sorry that you accidentally wet your bed and didn't enjoy it. I gather that waking up in a wet diaper is your thing. Does the helpless, childlike nature of doing it thrill you?

  4. I remember only one diaper dream, and it was a pee dream as well. It happened when I was with my family in a suite at a Disney World hotel. The youngest family member always wore a pink baby diaper. One night I dreamed that I was wearing a diaper like that. I needed to pee in the dream, but I knew that I was diapered and that it was okay to wet the diaper, so I did -- twice. Then I woke up and discovered that I had wet my black briefs and plaid pajama bottoms, and made a small spot on the bed. Too bad I wasn't really wearing a diaper!

  5. I woke up wet again, and leaked into my cute plastic pants. Hate when that happens >.< but it's better than having it go on the bed, for sure lol

If you get tired of wearing plastic pants, especially during warm weather, you might try sleeping on a washable waterproof pad. I have a 3'x5' pad from NorthShore Care Supply that works very well. I'm careful to dry it on the Delicate setting after washing it. I think heat damages waterproofing on fabrics.

  6. I didn't wet the bed in childhood. In fact, my mother told me that once I was potty trained, I woke up dry. Then suddenly, about four years ago, I would wake up dry until I moved in some way--sat up, or turned over in bed. (Sometimes, all I would need to do is raise my head off the pillow). For the past six months or so, it has escalated to waking up wet between one and three times a week. However, I haven't developed bowel incontinence at night--at least, not yet.

Do you know what caused your sudden bedwetting after waking up dry? What about your more recent waking up wet? Have you tried to become a bedwetter by wearing and wetting diapers at night or by drinking lots of fluids at bedtime or by taking medications to induce deeper sleep?

  7. I wet the bed as a child, teen, and young adult, but I didn't wear diapers past infancy. Instead, I had to face wet PJs and wet sheets most mornings of my childhood. By the time I was 24 I was reliably dry at night. I don't know when I quit waking up wet because at puberty I began to half walk up horny and needing to pee, and somehow thought it was alright to wet and hump my bed until I came. This behavior continued through my teen years and into college and graduate school. So, I did not distinguish between sleep wetting and half-asleep wetting and masturbation. I always thought of myself as a bedwetter.

  8. Abena Abri-Flex M3 pullup, which I wore to an appointment and kept dry until I got home. Lately I've enjoyed wearing a medium NorthShore Supreme Brief with a large NorthShore booster pad both at night and during the day. This combo is very absorbent yet feels good to wet in, since the pad doesn't wick away my pee as quickly as the diaper -- and it doesn't leak nearly as soon as a pullup.

  9. I think I bought my first pack of adult diapers about 2009, although I had been wanting to try wearing and wetting diapers for a while before I finally worked up enough courage to go into a drug store and buy some. I had a feeling from the first time I read the term "diaper lover" on WetSet or PeeSearch that I was one. I suspect most members of this site know well the thrill of making that first purchase or taking that first diaper from someone else's pack. It's a watershed event in one's life, the beginning of a major change in personal habits. Right away I enjoyed the feel of a diaper between my thighs, swaddling my crotch; I enjoyed wetting it and feeling how soft and squishy it felt when full; I got aroused by wearing a diaper and often masturbated in my wet diaper. I was hooked! I now wear a diaper most days and most nights. I took off my soaked overnight diaper this morning, used a pullup until it began to leak, and then put on a taped brief, which I'm wearing right now.

  10. I used to prefer pullups for wetting because they don't absorb my pee as quickly as heavier taped briefs, thus allowing me to savor the experience longer. However, I recently discovered that by putting a booster pad inside a taped brief I get the best of both worlds. I can wear that combo much of the day and all night without leaking, yet when I wet I get to feel the hot wetness for several seconds before my pee disappears into the pad and diaper. I've also been enjoying walking around with such a comforting thickness between my thighs and swaddling my crotch. I've even run errands while wearing my large ensemble, rather than a more discreet pullup. A couple of days ago I relaxed and used my diaper while waiting for a bank deposit to be processed. The sensation of hot pee submerging my privates was great and I wasn't worried about leaking or odors.

  11. I really enjoy wearing and wetting diapers, and even occasionally waking up while wetting or having just wet, but I'm too much of a control freak and too traumatized by having been a very late bedwetter to want to go back to helplessly wetting in my sleep. Urinary incontinence may come soon enough as I get older, so I'll just wait for that to happen. I hope I'll be able to enjoy it when it does.

  12. I woke up wet this morning only because I wore a wet diaper to bed and woke up to wet it during the night. The diaper was a NorthShore Care Supreme Brief, augmented with a NorthShore booster pad, which I put on before dinner last night and used throughout the evening. I like this combination because it holds lots of pee, doesn't leak until overflowing, and feels as good as a pullup when I wet it.
