Just saw the commercial for a new Comedy Central show called Secret Girlfriend. It premiers October 7th. I have no clue what the show is about but one of the commercials does briefly show a man in a diaper sitting in a high chair. I'm not sure if this scene will be in the first episode but one of the teasers on their website indicates that its part of a fake restaurant promo.
