  1. your numbers are wrong, environmentalists often don't do any research and will publish false reports that are allways in favor of their cause. Diapers only account for around %5 of USA garbage. Construction work waste from building and demolition along with manufacturing make up the most at around %40. The garbage we make has very little impact on the environment. It gets buried or burned to make power for homes, also we will never run out of landfill space unless they stop building new sites and landfills might be a great resorce or metals and fuel for furture genrations. If you are worried about the environment, don't have a kid. Other than that, don't bother trying to be "green", the difference is vanishingly small at the cost of higher prices and lower quality of life.

  2. I want to play in a landfill someday but in my city they are fenced in and dont allow anyone to go farther then a drop off area, and they watch you so you dont try and take anything. I want to dig down a little and find some old plastic diapers that have been burried for 10-20 years. would be so fun to put on a hazmat suit and crawl around in the stinky piles of garbage. I hope to move away from the city so I can just dump my garbage in my back yard where no one will be bothered by it.

I also have a fetish for burning diapers and other garbage, when I was a baby my dad would burn my used diapers and other trash in an big metal drum and I loved seeing the flames shooting out of the top and how nice it smelled. Every time I smell burning garbage it trigers that memory. When was a older my dad would let me burn the trash outside in a fireplace and I loved waching the plastic stuff melt and burn and something about the smell makes me very happy.
