Kyle continued to rock. He waited for Danny's breath to even out. When he was confidantthe little one was sleeping he stood up and placed Danny down on the sofa. Then he felt his cheek and forehead.

Released Kyle kissed Danny's head and said " my good boy, just rest baby your coining to be ok, your daddy will be back tomorrow and I'm here now you can nap"

Exasperated Kyle sighed " baby your sick, you feel icky do we really need to go over the rules, can you just trust me that I care about you and want what's best for you. If you want we can go over all of the new rules or you could just be a good boy and drink your baba"

The Ned's should kick in soon but until they do we need to keep you cool so I'm going to hold off on getting you dress and you can hang out in just your pull up for a bit, now let's go down stairs and rock and you can nap on the couch.

Kyle breathed a sigh of relief, the little guy was calming he sounded so sleepy but Kyle couldn't let him sleep at least ont yet. he carried Kyle to the kitchen and looked through the draws until he found what he needed, moving them to the sofa Kyle got Danny into a sitting position in his lap. Started by pulling off Danny's shoes off then his socks saying we're just ignoring all of the rule today but that doesn't matter we need to get my baby better. kyle took a deep breath he knew Danny wouldn't like this part but it had to be done. He quickly started to undress Danny saying "don't hate me baby we need to take your temp" once Danny was completely naked Kyle flipped him over and using Vaseline slid the themomitor into Danny's waiting upturned bottom

Sensing an emergency Kyle put down their bag and scooped Danny up almost crying himself he said " oh baby I know how hard this your sick and you want your mommy but she's not here, I'm so sorry, but you don't have to worry, I'll take care of you, your my baby too, I love you so much and will do everything I can to help you feel better, just breath baby and calm Dow, uncle ky is here, I'm taking care of you. Kyle kissed Danny's warm cheek and forehead as he walked and rocked Danny trying to soothe him"
