Kyle bent down and stroked the boys hair “hey now, sweetheart, how am I supposed to keep you safe if I can’t see who else is in the bathroom with you”

Kyle nodded “you can always ask permission buddy and I’ll accommodate you however I can just remember I do t say no without a reason. My job is to decide what’s best for us, your job is to accept those decisions” he smiled “here the thing buddy at least for now that rule applies to the bathroom too so let me know when you have to go and I’ll ummm take you”

Kyle smiled. “That’s a good boy” he said “okay rule number 2 and please understand this is only for your safety, I don’t want you leaving the room without me or my express permission” before Max could get worked up Kyle added have you seen the size of those guys out there, I just don’t know if they can be trusted around. Little boy like you and I need to keep you safe so if you want to go somewhere ask if I say no you obey”

Kyle shrugged he ruffled Max’s hair then slide his hand down to cup the boys chin “rules are rules pipsqueak and remember you agreed that I’m the head or the decider now shall we move on or do you want to pout first. Sometimes little boys just need time to cry, I totally get that”

Kyle gave the boy an impish grin “different rules little guy, I’m the one doing the cleaning besides that rule only applies to boys who are under 12 or smaller than a size 7 they tend to be the magic mess makers” he waited to see if Max would push

Kyle chuckled and wondered if max would notice that despite his new rule Kyle still wore shoes. He shrugged “no little buddy I’m just a 12” he reached down and pulled off the other sock handing it to Max “can you drop these in the hall way for me buddy boy”

Kyle nodded “of course buddy I’ll make sure” he bent down “let me help you kiddo” he simply pulled off Max’s shoe. “ he chuckled as he held it in his hand “these really are tiny what size are you munchkin?”

Kyle ruffled the boys hair again “sure buddy, I won’t touch your toys as long as you remember to clean them up when you’re done playing and don’t leave them laying on the ground, even then I’ll never hurt them or anything and we can find a special place for you to keep them safe. He looked down at Max’s sneakers “our first rule is a big one for me and it may seem silly to you but we always had it for all of my brothers but it really helped keep things neat and orderly. From now on you’re not to wear shoes or socks in the room, they co e off at the door, we’ll get you a little box or crate to keep them in but you’re to be barefoot at all times in the room. It really cuts down on messes and mud and dirt”

Kyle nodded “okay great, so firstly I’m all about making this place feel like a home and sharing so what’s mine is yours and I hope you feel the same. I definitely agree that we need to keep this place clean but I’ll worry about most of that I’m kind of an organization nut and I like cleaning so I’ll take care of most of it. I’ll even do your laundry the only thing I do ask is that if I do give you a chore you complete it does that sound fair buddy” he asked giving the boys shoulder a squeeze”

Kyle smiled he crossed the short distance to the little boy and ruffled his hair “that’s a good boy” he beamed “you know actually kiddo, you remind me a lot of my little brother Tommy, she’s my 3rd little brother and he’s almost 8 but he’s like your size actually I think he’s a little bit bigger” he chuckled “so let’s talk basic rules

Kyle chuckled “right well like I said I don’t want a lot of fighting and disagreements and I think the best way to make sure that happens is to make someone the decider in the house, the man of the house, the head of household if you will and no offense little guy but judging by your size and the fact that you’ve already ask me to help take care of you I think we can both a agree that’s me”

Kyle smiled “actually I’m in the younger side, I’m a September birthday but my mom wanted me to start school early due to my size so I just turned 17 actually… crazy right”

Kyle smiled “I’m so glad you understand, I also really don’t want to have a lot of fighting or disagreements and since we’re going to be living together and I’m going to be taking care of you I think that makes us kind of like a little family, don’t you think little buddy?”

Kyle nodded “those sound okay but look here’s the thing… I come from a big family, I’m naturally protective I guess you could say so if you’re asking he to look out for you then you’re going to have to live with that, I mean I can’t just shut it off, does that make sense buddy”

Kyle nodded “that’s fine, kiddo, I’m happy to help out however I can but if this whole thing is going to work out, I think we need some ground rules for the room and to set the tone of our relationship”

Kyle shook the boys tiny hand and smiled “Of course, I totally get that buddy but umm given your appearance the dorms and campus might be kind of hard for you, I mean have you ever been away from home before little one”

Kyle shook his head as if to clear his thoughts “wait… are you serious, I mean you’re just so little. I’m sorry kiddo, I’m not trying to make you feel bad, I’m Kyle and I really hope we can be friends” he held out his hand to the the little boy

Kyle sighed as he dropped the last of his things outside what would be his dorm room. He had been initially frustrated that his parents couldn’t bring him to campus for the first time but they well made up for it by paying to allow him to have his car on campus, a privilege few freshmen got. He looked around and wondered what his roommate would be like. He was almost sure that whoever the guy was he would be older than Kyle. Due to a September birthday and Kyles mothers insistence he had always been the youngest in his class. This never mattered as he was always the biggest as well. At 6’4 he was the tallest person in school and most places. Due to his natural athleticism he was also usually the strongest. With his thick dark hair and eyes Kyle had never had any problems getting a girlfriend not that that had ever been his priority. he opened the door to his room and shook his head startled he had expected to find the room empty instead there was a little boy inside. He stared at the boy “excuse me kiddo, are you lost. An idea came to him “oh I know… I bet your big brother is gonna be my roommate, is he getting things from the car or something. It certainly looks like you’re being a good little helper” he smiled

Travis swats Miley’s bare bum was Ching the flesh ripple and turn slightly pink “button boy good little babies get ice cream are you a good little baby or not”

SM tried to pull away, I don’t take naps he mewled can’t I just watch Tv or something um please”

Chris nodded “that’s a good boy” he smiled “so that’s our first rule you need to be respectful to all grownups call them Sir and mam, mr or miss, that includes all students in this school. They are all grownups to you from now on”

Paul and Travis look at each other Paul shrugged “plenty of babies go out in thier Jammie’s for before bedtime treats my son did when he was very little I don’t see the big deal” travis nodded “that’s my thought too he added “ he turned to Mikey “baby if you want uncle to take you for a treat you’ll go in your nightie”

Chris took on a stern expression “if you call me your majesty one more time I will throw you out of this room in your undies and send your little porn shots to the principal in I clear little boy, for now you will address me as Sir” he waited

Paul put his hands on Mikey’s shoulder “now now bsby, little boys who fight with thier daddy’s don’t get treats, do they”

Sam blushed “hey I ah don’t need this I’m not even cooking you are” he sighed but leaned in a s accepted the bite of food “yumm that’s delicious” he looked at Chris amazing “you’re a good cook Katie will be so happy that I made this for her”
