I find that most of the time when you write companies respectably about their product, that they do respond and take you seriously. I have actually written 3 companies telling them I had a problem with their product, or that thier product has declined in quality. I got 3 responces and 2 refunds for the whole pack of diapers. But the bottom line is that the company is doing what give them the best outcome, usually money wise. But over the years I have seen diapers change for the worse *Depends* and then come back up in quality. Could be from complains or from people stop buying their product. The one item I ordered from Foreverakid was snap crotch shortalls, it was made great, owner is an excellent semstress. But it took me 6 months to get my item and business wise I didn't get email replys from 3 emails I sent at between the time i ordered and finally got my item. As for sleepers the place I like is www.snugasabug.com but as far as I know they only offer zip up fronts. ~Michele (o:~
