I wet the bed when i was younger, until I was about 15 or 16. Started wetting the bed again a few years ago. It started out just once in a while, but now I seem to wet 3 or 4 nights a week. I don't know what has really caused this, maybe stress I guess. I resisted using diapers at night for a while, but finally got sick of constantly washing my sheets. Tried using different diapers like Depends, Attends, etc., but the last couple years I have settled on Abena because they are comfortable and I have never had a leak at night.
