  2. If you look at from an anatomical standpoint being fecal incontinent is not that tough. You have two muscles that control your anus from releasing poop. The internal sphincter is involuntary and opens when the colon becomes full, which then stimulates a response sent to your brain saying you have to go. The second muscle, the external sphincter is under voluntary control, and only opens when you want it too. So when you feel the urge to go #2 just relax immediately and go. After a while when you have to go, it will just want to slide on out immediately. I have tried this and it works, I will poop my diaper without very little thought, unless I decide to hold it. It is more of a mental block/training than anything.
  3. I know this has type this has been posted before, but I had to tell the experience. I was in Walgreen's yesterday buying some diapers and was at the checkout lane when a girl I know from college comes walking in right as the cashier scans the diapers and outs them on the bagging counter. I'm not exactly sure if she saw then, but it was kind of hard to miss. Plus their was several people behind me when I checked out. The guy behind me came out of the store as I was walking to my truck and when I turned around to get in he gave me a really weird and shocked look! I should also state that the young man behind the counter failed to put the diapers in a bag, so I just walked out the door with them all in the open. I'm guessing he did not know what they were or he would have ate least bagged them. But I did not let it bother me as I was in a very wet diaper already and need to get home and get a change. Has anyone else had a similar experience?
  4. Well it all started out as an interest one day when I was at work. I was working in a hospital at the time and had to change someone. It was then a sexual thing for me, but after many years wearing it has turned more into a comfort thing. I just feel more secure and have less anxiety when I'm wearing. Although I'm not wearing 24/7, I'm probably at 24/5.
