I am urinary and almost #2 Incontinent due to MS taking hold. We have disposable pads on top of washable ones in bed and disposable pads on the couch and chairs - we work 14 to 16 hr days and have little time for laundry

Tnea *Tena* overnight pullup, with a tena overnight mens pad booster, with a split in the back so it transfers to the pull up slower). Works very well for my needs (occasional full on wetting), and at night I add a second Mens pad, also split.

Would love to know if the SAP falls out on you... Photos of how you are splitting it?

I had one of each size on for about 2.5 hours... Do not buy these, they are not worth the money

Plastic backed, nice feel on the outer backing, but NOT AT ALL durable.

Got one of each soaked 2x and they lasted about 2.5 hours each... the padding same apart and fell into the crotch, then started falling out of the diapers.

I was going to do a review on the "Land Of Genie" diapers - They suck.

Get them soaked twice... the front padding falls into the crotch and starts to come out of the diaper. Lasted about 2 and half hours
